___________________Once again the BGS was one of the official support groups for this tree-planting initiative on 30 January, both on PENDELI Mountain as well as in the ILEIAS region where the organising and coordination was done by our member Konstantinos Tassopoulos.
We are pleased to highlight British graduates in action as volunteers in environmental and community improvement projects.
Through various members the BGS has been featured on radio, TV and newspapers both in Athens and the Ileias region.
Many of our members, together with the president Vassilis Zotos, took an active part in the Pendeli tree-planting project.
The “bravo” goes to all those BGS members who came along to this “environmental celebration” together with their families and friends
